Where does Utterly Wilde Coffee ship to?
We currently only ship within Canada.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once an order is placed it usually takes between three to ten business days to reach its destination (excluding holidays). Please allow an additional two to three business days for deliveries to rural areas. Delivery times may vary depending on where you are geographically and on the shipping carrier. The estimates we provide are from the time of shipment to delivery, not including processing time at the roastery. Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may not deliver within our standard shipping times. We always endeavour to make sure coffee orders get out the door as soon as possible!
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We currently use Canada Post and are able to send up to six one-pound bags for a flat rate of $25. If you require more than six bags, please either place multiple orders or email customer service at orders@utterlywilde.life. We strive to find the best value for money for customers and we continue to investigate the most cost-effective shipping methods. Please watch this space for updates.
What is your refund policy?
The hope is that you’ll love our beans and will never feel the need to ship Utterly Wilde coffee back to us! We cannot issue a refund if the coffee is not to your personal taste, but if the produce arrives damaged in any way then please send us an email with a photo of the problem. A refund will be issued to the original payment card within two working weeks.
