Utterly Wilde employs a quality commercial grinder, the Mahlkönig EK43 to create the optimum grind for your chosen brew method. Our suggested methods for each grind are:
Fine: Espresso, Moka pot, Aeropress
Medium: Drip, Filter, Syphon
Coarse: French Press, Cold brew

Delicious. These are the first beans I have purchased from Utterly Wilde and they did not disappoint. The medium roast was packed with fruity flavours and a touch of sweetness. I brewed mine in an Aeropress (right side up, flow control cap, 12g of medium-fine grind and 200g of water).
